REDUCING EFFECTS OF POVERTY AND HUNGER THROUGH AQUAPONIC SYSTEMS
Donate to help us complete our projects in Aura, Uganda and in Keller, Texas as well as begin our third project in Nicaragua. All donations are tax-exempt.
Through the strategic placement of aquaponic (AP) systems, Targeted Aquaponics Growth (TAG) has the mission to reduce the physical, cultural and economic effects of poverty both in the United States and in developing nations abroad.
What is Aquaponics?
Aquaponics is a marriage between aquaculture and hydroponics. The technology is based on a system of aquaculture in which the waste produced by farmed fish or other aquatic animals supplies nutrients for plants grown hydroponically, which in turn purify the water.
Our International Projects
Our project in Aura, Uganda is almost complete. See progress here.
